Hosted by Makina and G’s on Sunday, the annual Carrera Arroyo begins in Chinatown and continues North on the historic Arroyo Seco Parkway. The cruise will culminate at Guisados Pasadena for some Breakfast, Coffee and plenty of merch for sale by both brands.
MORNING START
We suggest that all drivers arrive in Chinatown by 7:00am as we plan to pull out by 8:00am and begin the cruise up the Arroyo Parkway. Driver notes will be distributed the morning of the event with route and more information.
7am meet at 759 N Hill Street, Los Angeles CA
8 - 8:25am - cruise (Try to stay with the group, photographers will be grateful). THIS IS NOT A RACE.
8:25 - 10:30am - arrive at Guisados Pasadena for breakfast, coffee and merch. 577 S Arroyo Parkway, Pasadena CA 91105

MERCH
G’s on Sunday & Makina will be on site with their brand essentials as the release of a limited edition Carrera Arroyo capsule designed by Armando De La Torre Jr.. The Leen Customs grille badges will also be available for pickup. (badgest will be available Friday July 11 at GsonSunday.com).
PHOTO CONTEST
Photographers and friends are encouraged to submit their favorite photo from Sundays meet for a chance to win a Makina x G’s on Sunday prize pack!
Snap some shots in the lot, perch up along the freeway on theoverpasses, bridge or sidewalk as the cars pass by and send your photo to enter the contest.
How to Enter: Once you have chosen your photo please email to info@makinadriversclub.com ; include your name and Instagram handle in the email and submit by 8pm on July 18. Limit one submission per person.
Winner will be chosen by a panel of 5 members (including last years winner) and will be announced on Sunday July 20 on the G’s and Makina Instagram pages.
ROUTE
Below is the Sunday morning Route. We will be pulling out of the Chinatown lot at 08:00. Cars will be seen along the freeway for the next 20-30 mins as we arrive at Guisados Pasadena around 8:25. We ask that everyone try to stick together as photographers perched along the route collect photos.
